Dear Walter, Margaret, Nicole, Paul and families… we are heartbroken to hear of the passing of Lexie and little babe Nate. There are no words to express or comprehend the sorrow but we want you to know that you are all in our thoughts and our prayers. ❤️ we love you all.
Sending big love to the Obrigewitch and all near and dear family and friends. Lexie showed me her deep love of Sean in our short time knowing each other. I wish only that Sean and the kids remember to lean on the love in their beautiful community, not as a replacement, but as a path forward.
Our prayers and sympathy for your family !Such a tremendous loss that we can’t even imagine your pain or find words to express such tragedy!
Hold on to all the love around you and all the wonderful memories !
Walter , Margaret, Sean and family
There are no words that can express the depth of sorrow we feel for your loss. Alexie and Baby Nate’s memory will forever remain in our hearts. 💕
Alexie, when I picture you, I see your big, beautiful smile. Beautiful eyes full of life, and ready to go get the shift going. May your family know that you were not only loved in your family and personal life, but also in your work life. Our work is so much more than just work, and the Stollery kids were lucky to have you on their team, as well as the fellow RTs, nurses, and doctors. You’ve left an impression on all of us. May you and sweet baby Nate rest in peace.
Alexie was a beautiful person, both inside and out. For over a decade, we maintained a long-distance friendship, and throughout that time, I always knew she would be there whenever I reached out. Whether offering advice, sharing in moments of joy, or providing comfort during sorrowful times, she was a constant source of support.
Despite the miles that often separated us, it never mattered to our friendship. I will forever miss her sharp wit, her playful sarcasm, her unwavering friendship, and her incredible spark. She was a truly remarkable friend.
As I reflect on the many memories we created, my thoughts will always include her and thoughts of her son Nate. My heart holds onto those moments with deep gratitude. To Sean, Ava, and Owen — I send you all my love, now and always.
Grieving for you and your family, Sean. The loss of Alexie and Nate have sent ripples out to us all. I wish for peace, safety and love for you and your family.
Walter and Margaret-

Alexie you will be missed beyond measure. You were an amazing woman, friend, mother and gift to this world. Sending all my love to Sean, Ava, Owen and the rest of Alexie’s family and friends. Rest in peace Alexie and Nate .
I am so incredibly sorry for the heartbreaking loss of Alexie and Nate. There are no words that can ease such immense sorrow, but please know that you are in my thoughts and heart. May you find comfort in the love and support of those around you, and may Alexie’s memory always be a source of light and strength.

Alexie was pure light to work with. She was always so kind. Her strength always came through in her gentle confidence and quick smile. She was one of those superheroes who did not wear a cloak. She will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to her family for this unimaginable loss. Now and forever, she will be your guardian angel.
